The first stage involves helping you find the property itself; we have strong relationships with many commercial agents and investors within the industry and also have an expert property consultant to help further our search.
Once we have sourced a site for you, we will assess its potential as a childcare nursery. We do this through the use of cutting edge technology for customer and catchment mapping. If the site appears suitable at this stage, we conduct local market research to assess demand and fee levels in the area.
After completing our initial due diligence, we help to negotiate and secure the deal for you. We do this by continually reviewing your cashflow to ensure the business will thrive. Our dedicated Franchise Director and Franchise Development Manager have a wealth of experience in this area and will always consider what is best for the long-term health of the business.

At Monkey Puzzle we look to make sure that all of our properties fit our specific requirements. The requirements below allow us to determine the suitability of a property and help us to deliver the very best premises available for our network. Our basic requirements are:
- Between 2, 500 – 6, 000 sq ft
- Existing E use class or the ability to convert
- Access to an outside area
- Car parking/space for drop off and pick up
- Freehold or leasehold – strong covenant and attractive deal terms available for leasehold deals
