Senior Franchise Development Manager

Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am the Senior Franchise Development Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since November 2020, and love working here because of the family feel of the company. I get to work with talented and passionate colleagues, who inspire me every day. I continue to learn and advance in my career, knowing that Monkey Puzzle supports me every step of the way!

My primary responsibilities are to maximise all opportunities with a strong focus on network profitability, lead and develop professional relationships with potential and existing franchisees, monitor network revenue to ensure goals are met, support existing franchisees with budget tracking and operational plans to promote profitability, focus on staffing efficiency whilst analysing staffing costs as a percentage of revenue and support existing franchisees with building occupancy,

I also support existing franchisees with their funding model, fee sheets, and enhance their knowledge and understanding of funding, review annual fee increases with competitor analysis, support franchisees with annual salary increases with local analysis, ensuring financial viability support franchisees to meet KPI’s around revenue, staffing and budgets, work with franchisees to maintain low levels of debt and support with early action, support new franchisees with their initial Business Plan, create cashflows for any new projects, with ongoing analysis of trends and costs

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education
• Level 5 Diploma in Management Business and Leadership
• Qualified Franchise Professional with the BFA.

I am very family orientated and spend my spare time with friends, family and my 2 dogs.​ An interesting fact about me is that I love adventure holidays and recently went on a gorilla trek and swam with sharks! You will often see my holidays on the Monkey Puzzle social media pages as I take Marvin along with me!
