Tell us a bit about you, your career background and why you wanted your own day nurseries
I have always helped my family, they’re all self-employed and involved with business. Having had businesses before I know the challenge of running one on my own.
Why Monkey Puzzle?
I wanted to go into an industry which was worth my time and investment, as well as being a passion. I chose Monkey Puzzle because of the family feel and I was made to feel so welcome.
How did you choose your nursery locations and why did you pick them?
I went to school in Bromley, so it was close to home. Local to schools, train stations and we offer a premium service so need to be in the right area.
Building works process
We have had great support and have been fortunate to work with good contractors who were recommended by Monkey Puzzle. They oversaw the whole process and were very supportive.

Any other main selling points of the nurseries?
We have a real family feel. We work extremely hard and strive to offer the best environment for the children. Happy staff, happy children, happy parents.
Reflecting back…
Reflecting on our success and what we have created is unbelievable. We have had parents registering without even seeing the nursery, because parents trust us and we have such a good reputation.
During Covid we were able to remain open; we were able to give so much back to the community. A lot of parents joined us from other nurseries who closed.
How to get started
To get your childcare nursery franchise started with Monkey Puzzle, there are some simple stages to go through to approve your application before then embarking on your franchise journey with us.
Stage 1
Information PackTo have the key information before applying you need our franchise offering brochure. Simply complete the online information request form and we will get that sent to you.
Stage 2
Exploration CallWe will be in touch to arrange an exploration call to understand a bit more about you and run through your application details. This is also an opportunity to find out more about the nursery franchise opportunity and answer any questions you may have.
Stage 3
Full ApplicationOnce you have decided that a childcare nursery franchise is for you then you will need to complete and submit the full application form. We will review this and if suitable move to the next stage.
Stage 4
Due DiligenceFollowing the call, we will go through the due diligence process. You can also talk to some of our franchisees to understand what it’s like operating a childcare nursery and being part of the Monkey Puzzle franchise family.
Stage 5
In-person InterviewWe will invite you in for a formal interview, where you will have the opportunity to present and for us to assess your suitability to franchise with Monkey Puzzle.
