Senior Operations Manager

Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am the Senior Operations Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since October 2021, and love working here because of the team values - everyone works hard to support and help each other. If someone doesn’t know the answer, they will go out of their way to find it. I love working for a company where the owners are very involved and passionate about their business. I always feel valued for the work I do, and it makes me what to work even harder. I love working with the Nursery Group Staff team, I feel strongly that people are at the heart of our business, if we have a happy staff team, we’ll have happy children and happy parents!

My job is to look after Nursery Group, from supporting with day-to-day operations, promoting quality and early years compliance, commercial performance and everything else that comes with looking after a group of nurseries! This allows me to share our experience of operating multiple sites, provide feedback on external services we used, and advice around early years compliance to our franchise sites.

Qualifications

I have a BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies and Early Years Teacher Status

Get to know me

My favourite thing to do is go out for dinner with my friends and family! I’m also a shopaholic and have far too many clothes, shoes and handbags. Fun fact about me is that I have a wonky arm! I broke my elbow when I was 4 and it healed slightly wonky. I use this an excuse for being terrible at spots like bowling but in reality, I’m just not very coordinated!
