Learning and Apprenticeship Coach

Hi, my name is Sam, and I am the Learning and Apprenticeship Coach at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since March 2023, and love working here because of the kind and caring people that make Monkey Puzzle what it is, from Nursery Assistants, Nursery Managers, Franchisees and of course our wonderful Head Office staff. Whatever the day brings there is always someone to make me smile.

My job role is to ensure the whole training function runs smoothly by booking, reviewing, budgeting for all trainings across the Monkey Puzzle network. I support our franchisees by ensuring the training they require is readily available for them. I am a Governor at a local nursery, and being a mum myself, I understand the importance of providing great childcare and what that should look like. I continually work to grow my knowledge to ensure the support I give is meaningful.

Get to know me

When I am not working, I am usually running round after my 2 girls, taking them to their clubs & classes. I enjoy going to the gym and meeting friends for coffee. A fun fact about me is that I used to volunteer as an assistant Cub Leader before having my own children!
