Franchise Development Manager

Hi, I’m Sam, and I support the opening of new Monkey Puzzle nurseries, from the build stage right through to opening and beyond. My role ensures that all teams are kept up to date and brought in for support at the right times, so every nursery gets the best possible start.

I work closely with our franchisees every step of the way - whether they need help with funding, furniture ordering, accessing the Operations Manual, or anything else - I’m there to guide and support them.

With a Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce, combined with my experience in Early Years, my time as a local nursery Governor, and being a mum myself, I understand the importance of delivering high-quality childcare and what it truly looks like. I’m always working to grow my knowledge so that the support I provide is meaningful and effective.

Get to know me

What I love most about working at Monkey Puzzle is the kind and caring people who make it such a special place - from Nursery Assistants and Managers to our franchisees and Head Office team. No matter what the day brings, there’s always someone to make me smile.

Outside of work, I’m usually running around after my two girls, taking them to clubs and classes. I also enjoy going to the gym and catching up with friends over coffee or a few drinks. A fun fact about me: before having my own children, I used to volunteer as an assistant Cub Leader!
