Early Years Quality Manager

I'm Richard and I'm an Early Years Quality Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries.

I've worked in childcare for over two decades in every role you could imagine within nurseries. Starting as a Nursery Assistant, I grew all the way through to senior management, supporting multiple nurseries with their quality and care.

In my role, I want to help our nurseries push to be outstanding, role modelling excellence, inspiring and supporting them to continue to flourish
