About Me:

Hi, my name is Rich, and I am an Early Years Quality Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since September 2023, and love working here because of how every nursery is completely unique!

My job role requires me to support our franchisees and nursery teams with quality and compliance and advising on how to build the nursery to provide high quality childcare. I provide my support from the day of signing up with Monkey Puzzle and the whole way through their journey of their nursery operating.

I bring over 20 years of experience in the sector and 14 years as a Nursery Manager as well as being in a support role, helping nurseries to get to a high standard.

I love travelling, spa breaks, the theatre and spending quality time with family and friends! A fun fact about me is that I have 2 cats, a black and white princess called Sushi and a crazy ginger boy called Nacho!
