Planning Advisor

I am Paul Newton and I am the Franchise and Property In-House Planning Advisor.

I will support you through the Franchise and Property Team by evaluating the suitability of future premises in Planning terms and assisting in evaluating the required planning processes and submissions. Once operational I can also provide advice and guidance in relation to proposed future development changes to the property in terms of improvements or extensions and the planning process required.

I am a Chartered Planner with over 30 years experience in the public/private sector dealing with all forms of planning applications with an excellent understanding of both the processes and planning challenges.
