I work within the Early Years Quality team supporting the Franchise network​

I am an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history of working in the education management sector, with over 24 years experience. I believe I am skilled in monitoring and supporting progress, have effective organisation skills, with experiences in strategic planning, budget management and leadership with a strong operations mindset. My role is to support settings in providing the best possible childcare and education throughout the network, whether that be through sharing my own knowledge and experiences or through delivering training to up-skill others​

I am a mum to a teenage boy! I am a Child Welfare Officer for a local football team for which my son coaches and plays. I guess I have a passion for football!​
