Early Years Quality Manager

Hi, my name is Kelly, and I am an Early Years Quality Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since March 2025!

With over 10 years of experience in leadership, quality management, and continuous improvement, I am deeply passionate about ensuring our franchise operations maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency. Before stepping into my current role, I served as a Senior Nursery Manager, where I honed my skills in staff development, process improvement, early years frameworks, and creating the best possible learning environments for children.

In my previous role, I led Early Years education establishments, implementing innovative practices based on frameworks like Finnish Pedagogy, EYFS, Forest School, and Neuroscience Theory. These approaches emphasized fostering natural curiosity, building confidence, and nurturing both children’s and staff's growth.

My experiences have shaped my approach to quality management, where I prioritize supporting a collaborative atmosphere that benefits everyone involved. I focus on empowering others with the tools, resources, and training needed to achieve excellence, streamline processes, conduct audits, and foster continuous learning and improvement, ensuring each franchise meets our high standards.

On a personal note, I’m adaptable, calm under pressure, and always ready to lead by example. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking or camping, and I’m always ready to embrace new challenges in nature!
