Parent Experience Manager

Jessica is the Parent Experience Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries, where she is dedicated to delivering a seamless, supportive, and positive onboarding experience for prospective parents. As the first point of contact for all new enquiries, Jessica guides families through the enrolment process with care, attention, and genuine warmth.

In addition to her parent-facing role, Jessica also provides operational support to the group-owned nurseries, working closely with nursery managers to strengthen their business performance. She offers practical guidance in key areas such as funding, budgeting, and optimising staffing models to help ensure smooth and successful day-to-day operations. With a background in accountancy and a strong focus on customer service, Jessica excels at building meaningful relationships and creating a welcoming environment for every family. She is passionate about ensuring that parents feel informed, valued, and supported from their very first interaction with Monkey Puzzle.

Get to know me

I am a mum to three boys so most of our evenings and weekends are full of football with a coffee in hand! When I get time, I love going to the gym or doing reformer Pilates. A fun fact about me, is that years before having my boys, I applied for a show called Shipwrecked and got through to the final round but unfortunately picking gherkins as my ‘one thing you would take on a desert island’ didn’t quite make the cut!
