Parent Experience Manager

Hi, my name is Jess, and I am the Parents Experience Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since October 2024, and love working here because I love the people, the company commitment to achieving the best quality childcare across all nurseries and the support from all at Head Office and across Nursery Group.  

My role has a primary focus on offering perspective parents the best possible onboarding process. I handle all the new enquires for Nursery Group and I am the first point of contact for the families. I have previously worked within new business development and customer service for over 15 years, and I have a real passion for fostering strong relationships and being that friendly face for all new parents.

Get to know me

I am a mum to three boys so most of our evenings and weekends are full of football with a coffee in hand! When I get time, I love going to the gym or doing reformer Pilates. A fun fact about me, is that years before having my boys, I applied for a show called Shipwrecked and got through to the final round but unfortunately picking gherkins as my ‘one thing you would take on a desert island’ didn’t quite make the cut!
