I have worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, where I have gained a vast experience supporting SME’s and working in the education sector.

My role is to look after and maintain the IT systems throughout Monkey Puzzle and assist users with their IT requirements. I also help franchisees with accessing Monkey Puzzles IT systems and with general IT queries.

I really enjoy taking what can be massive problems to someone and coming up with a solution for them.
