Previously leading the franchising department, she works closely with franchisees to ensure their long-term success while expanding the network through new business partnerships.

Grace is committed to maximising opportunities and delivering sustained profitability across the group. With over 11 years of experience at Monkey Puzzle, Grace has an in-depth understanding of the business and the needs of its franchisees. She is passionate about building strong, supportive relationships and empowering others to succeed.

Holding an MA in Social Work, Grace brings a people-centred approach to leadership, combining commercial acumen with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals and teams. As a mother, Grace is inspired to lead by example, driven to show her daughters the power of ambition, resilience, and purpose. Her dedication to both her family and her work underpins her leadership style and vision for Monkey Puzzle's continued success.

Qualifications

Degree in Child and Adolescent Studies, Masters in Social Work, and City & Guilds in Business & Administration.
