Brand Marketing Manager

My name is Francesca (otherwise known as Chess) and I am the Brand Marketing Manager. I have been in the business for 6 years.

My role consists of being the bridge between the franchisee network, the Monkey Puzzle management team and the marketing team. I will support you in establishing, growing and developing your marketing strategy, coordinating your marketing support and providing you with a comprehensive range of marketing services, products and training. I will do this with the use of market leading customer and brand insight tools and in-depth market research.

I have been involved in establishing, growing and developing the relationship between our network, the marketing team and HQ. My role is to coordinate both local and national campaigns and support the network with day-to-day marketing. My objective is to increase brand awareness to generate leads for our nurseries and our franchises. ​

I have 3 older sisters, 1 older brother and 9 nieces and nephews, so you can imagine just how hectic my Christmas’ are! There is always a story (good or bad) to tell in the New Year! But I love nothing more than spending quality time with my partner, friends and family. ​
