About Me:

Hi, my name is Francesca (everyone calls me Chess), and I am the Head of Marketing at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since 2016, originally joining as a Business Development Professional. During my 3 years in this role, I developed a full understanding of the businesses, as well as the franchising world. This set me in good stead for my career journey with Monkey Puzzle. I love working here because of the team and how we are all aligned on our visions and missions for the business – it’s the people that make Monkey Puzzle such a great place to work!

I am directly responsible for every stage of implementing marketing strategies across B2B and B2C. This involves developing marketing strategies, creating, and executing campaigns, measuring the effectiveness of marketing activity, monitoring KPIs and optimising future plans to meet business goals. I lead the marketing team to provide in depth and personalised marketing plans for our network, create national and local campaigns and provide both F2F and virtual marketing support and advice.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Media Arts
  • CIM Level 4 in Digital Marketing

Get to know me

I have a 1-year-old who has just found his feet, his voice and curiosity in just about EVERYTHING – he is amazing but certainly keeps me on my toes. I love catching up with friends and family when I can, but my favourite thing is a cosy Saturday night in, a takeaway, pjs, a candle lit and some cheesy television to keep me entertained! A fun fact about me is that I have 5 siblings and 10 nieces and nephews, Christmas is interesting….!
