Franchise Development Manager

I work within the Early Years team supporting the franchise network.​

Supporting Franchisees and nursery managers to offer exceptional care and education to children under 5 years of age. Looking at the nursery holistically and developing different approaches to engage the staff team in professional development which in turn enhance children`s experiences throughout their day. ​

I have been working in childcare for over 20 years and am extremely passionate about children from all backgrounds being able to achieve their full potential. During my career I have worked in children centres, preschools, special educational provisions, day nurseries and children social care in management positions. When I am not at work, I am spending time with family and friends and planning my next road trip. ​
