Hi, my name is Ellie, and I am a Marketing Executive at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since October 2023, and love working here because of the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the franchisees and the families they serve. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide new business owners through such an exciting journey - helping them turn their vision into a reality and watching their nurseries grow into thriving community hubs. I also appreciate the collaborative and supportive culture with the amazing team at Monkey Puzzle. Working closely with such a dedicated network of franchisees and colleagues inspires me every day.

My role involves guiding new business owners during the initial phases of promoting their nursery. I offer support to new franchisees, starting from the moment they assume ownership of their premises, throughout the construction phase, open day events, and continuing marketing assistance for their first six months of operation, and any help they may need in the future with their social media platforms or future events. Additionally, I provide support to our extensive network of over 60 nurseries, to help advance their marketing strategy. My assistance involves offering a wide array of marketing services, products, and training, I achieve this by utilising cutting-edge customer and brand insight tools as well as conducting thorough market research.

Qualifications

• BSc Degree in Psychology
• UAL Level 3 Diploma in Creative Media Production & Technology
• Advanced Level 3 Diploma in Social Media for Business
