About Me:
Hi, my name is Charlee, and I am the Head of Recruitment at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since 2015, and love working here because I am surrounded by colleagues with the same work ethic and mindset, working hard to achieve optimal results - yet you can be yourself, have a laugh and work in environment that feels like home.
Since joining Monkey Puzzle, I have gained extensive knowledge of the company due to working within multiple departments throughout my career with the business. This also includes completing my IOSH & NeBOSH in H&S for my most previous role, which has supplied me with the tools to support the network in providing a safe and happy environment for employees and children.
As of October 2024, I became the Head of Recruitment for Monkey Puzzle Nursery Group. My sole focus is to develop innovative recruitment strategies to build teams that drive organisational success. I endeavour to attract top talent and sustain a smooth onboarding journey for candidates as they begin their career with us.
