She oversees the performance and development of websites group-wide, continuously exploring new and innovative ways to enhance the organisation’s digital presence and ensure it remains at the forefront of the sector. Working closely with individual nurseries, Lucinda provides guidance and hands-on support to strengthen their online visibility, optimising locally, and creating meaningful connections with families. With more than eight years of experience in the education sector, she brings a strong understanding of audience-focused digital marketing and a passion for creating impactful online experiences that support nurseries growth.
