Business Support Manager

Jessica is the Business Support Manager at Monkey Puzzle, dedicated to driving profitability and sustainable growth across the network.

Working closely with the Head of Business Operations, she focuses on maximising network opportunities and ensuring strong financial performance through strategic collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Her role centers on empowering Nursery Managers within the Nursery Group, as well as franchisees, by building strong relationships and providing guidance and support across key areas including budget management, staffing efficiency, and operational planning. Through this, she helps strengthen internal alignment and improve overall network performance.

At the heart of Jessica’s work is a shared commitment to creating vibrant, financially sound nurseries where children flourish, teams feel supported, and the network continues to grow.

Get to know me

I am a mum to three boys so most of our evenings and weekends are full of football with a coffee in hand! When I get time, I love going to the gym or doing reformer Pilates. A fun fact about me, is that years before having my boys, I applied for a show called Shipwrecked and got through to the final round but unfortunately picking gherkins as my ‘one thing you would take on a desert island’ didn’t quite make the cut!
