Executive Assistant

Hi, my name is Izzy, and I am the Executive Assistant at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since April 2022, and I love working here because of the family feel and how passionate they are about making a difference within the Early Years sector!

My job role requires me to support the founders Mark and Rebecca, as well as the Executive Team. My goal is to streamline their work processes, making their demanding roles more manageable – this involves identifying gaps and areas for improvement across the company, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

I support and enhance communications between the Executive Team and franchisees by organising visits, events, and ensuring regular communications are circulated promptly. Additionally, I assist with any ad-hoc requests from franchisees, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. I bring an eye for detail as well as event and project management to the team.

I love the outdoors, and I am a crazy horse lady! A fun fact about me is that I studied fine art at university and take on pet portrait commissions in my free time.
