Early Years Quality Manager

I work within the Early Years Quality team, supporting the franchise network.​

Supporting Franchisees and Nursery Managers to offer exceptional care and education to children under 5 years of age. This is carried out by looking at the nursery holistically. I develop the staffing team professionally; assess the effectiveness of planning, observation and assessments for children; ensure the environments for children are enabling to them; advise on safeguarding and compliance and support settings in the reporting process to Ofsted and local authority. This in turn, provides the best experiences that all children deserve. ​

With 30 years in the sector, I am an experienced Quality Manager, with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, team building, management and leadership. ​

I have a newfound passion of campervanning, never say no to new experiences (even if I only ever do it once!) and I like to push myself out of my comfort zone. I have two grown up sons and a grandchild on the way. Family is everything.​
