About Me:

As our longest-standing Head Office team member, Fran keeps things running smoothly across our franchise networks. Working closely with Sarah W, she supports both new and existing franchisees, helping with onboarding, agreements, and providing ongoing guidance to make sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Fran manages property and lease matters, ensuring sites remain compliant and key deadlines are always met. She also coordinates training programs, manages budgets, and works with training providers to keep teams up to date with essential skills.

Day to day, Fran stays on top of office operations, manages key email inboxes, and makes sure the right processes are in place for data protection and smooth communication. Fran is focused, solutions-driven, and always works to keep things moving efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • ICB Level 3 in Payroll Management

I like to think that I’m quite sporty, and you can often find me out on my road bike or out for a long walk if it’s a sunny weekend.  You might also find me rewarding myself for these activities, nursing a pint in my favourite pub! A fun fact about me is that I’m highly competitive and love a challenge.
