Early Years Quality Manager

I work within the Early Years Quality team supporting the franchise network. ​

My role involves supporting the nurseries to deliver excellent care and education creating a positive impact for children and families. I work closely with the Quality team and external agencies such as local authorities to ensure the settings are compliant and offering excellent childcare services. ​

I have true passion for early years and childcare therefore always keen to learn something new through regular trainings. I have 16 years’ experience of leading childcare settings with a demonstratable track record of operating an Outstanding setting.​

I am a clean freak, love cooking and shopping for myself (of course). In my free time, you would find me either cleaning my house or spoiling my family and friends with a home cooked meal.​
