Group Financial Controller

Samantha is the Group Financial Controller at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. She joined the team in June 2025 and loves working here because of the family nature of the company and being involved in all aspects of the business. As the Group Financial Controller, Samantha is part of the Senior Leadership team, leading the finance department for Monkey Puzzle’s Nursery Group and Franchise businesses. She drives growth and stability through financial planning, operational efficiency, risk management, while ensuring compliance. Samantha has over 30 years of experience in International finance and leading large teams mainly in large US Corporations. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
