As Head of Property at Monkey Puzzle Nurseries, I bring over a decade of experience delivering strategic property initiatives, including site acquisitions, new openings, and high-value development projects. My background spans the full property lifecycle, from initial acquisition through to design, build, and operational handover, ensuring each site is delivered to the highest standard.

In my current role, I lead the end-to-end property strategy across acquisitions, development, and estate management, supporting the continued growth and quality of the Monkey Puzzle portfolio.

I began my career in hospitality, with over 20 years’ experience working across London and Europe, an environment that shaped my passion for operational excellence and customer experience.

Outside of work, I’m a keen snowboarder, an active cyclist, and I manage my son’s football team. I’m also a loyal (and long-suffering) West Ham supporter, and I value nothing more than spending quality time with my family.
