As Brand and Digital Marketing Manager for Monkey Puzzle, Lucinda leads the national brand and digital marketing strategy across both B2C and B2B, driving high-quality enquiries, strengthening brand presence, and supporting occupancy and growth across the business. She is responsible for campaign strategy, digital performance, website development, and user experience, ensuring a consistent and effective approach across all channels.

Lucinda oversees marketing across both the Nursery Group and Franchise network, bringing strong alignment and consistency to how brand and digital activity is delivered. She also leads and develops the nursery group and digital marketing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Lucinda brings a deep understanding of audience-focused digital marketing and a passion for creating impactful strategies that support long-term growth.
