Early Years Quality Manager

Hi, my name is Joy, and I am an Early Years Quality Manager at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since May 2019, and love working here because I enjoy working with such a talented and dedicated team, where everyone works together towards common goals. I feel like my work has a real impact on our nurseries and therefore the teams, children and families that attend them.

My job role is to monitor and support all aspects of compliance, standards, and quality of early years across Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries, supporting franchisees, nursery management teams & practitioners to deliver quality care and education. I deliver a wide range of high-quality advice, support, and training to support the franchisees with their nurseries. Continually improving the teaching practices, ensuring that this is available in line with identified need and on a flexible basis.

Get to know me

I am a mother of two men, grandmother to two boys. I have a love for baking and a passion for all things travel related. A fun fact about me is that my first job was on the production line at Spears games, making the letter tiles for the Scrabble game!
