Franchise Director

I sit within the Executive team, supporting Rich and the other team members, as well as leading the franchising department. As a team, we look after Franchisees both new and experienced.​

We work with our existing Franchisees to support and coordinate their journey with Monkey Puzzle whilst also approaching new business partners to expand the franchise pipeline. We strive to maximise all opportunities with a strong focus on network profitability.​

I hold an MA in Social Work and have a true passion for supporting others both personally and professionally. I am a mother. I love my job and I’m passionate about my cause; I want my daughter to grow up and know she can achieve her dreams. You can typically find me drinking coffee in my activewear and not actually making it to the gym because I never seem to find the time!​
