About Me:

Hi, my name is Grace, and I am the Franchise Director at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. I have been a part of the team since 2014, and love working here because of the ability to collaborate across the business to support one another to deliver support to the network.

I sit within the Executive team, supporting Mark, Rebecca and the other team members, as well as leading the franchising department.

As a team, we look after Franchisees both new and experienced.​ We work with our existing Franchisees to support and coordinate their journey with Monkey Puzzle whilst also approaching new business partners to expand the franchise pipeline. We strive to maximise all opportunities with a strong focus on network profitability.​

I hold an MA in Social Work and have a true passion for supporting others both personally and professionally.

Qualifications

I hold a Degree in Child and Adolescent studies, and a Masters in social work, and City & Guilds in Business & Administration.

I am a mother to two girls. I love my job and I’m passionate about my cause; I want my daughter to grow up and know she can achieve her dreams. You can typically find me drinking coffee in my activewear and not actually making it to the gym because I never seem to find the time!​ Fun fact about me is that I pass out if I laugh too much!
