Monkey Puzzle are celebrating after earning recognition as one of the top franchise opportunities in the UK. From hundreds of entries across every sector, we have been ranked 29th in the prestigious Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100) – a title we will proudly hold throughout the duration of 2024.
Monkey Puzzle and Elite Franchise Top 100
The EF100, established in 2017 in association with HSBC, recognises franchising’s brightest businesses. A panel of 24 specialist judges meticulously assess franchisors across eight key criteria – from their growth and ambition to their contribution to their community and the way they embrace innovation.
Initiatives such as these are critical to the overall evolution and development of franchising, as franchisors work hard to continually improve and achieve a spot in the much-sought-after league table. Now in its eighth year, the competition continues to grow fiercer – with the esteemed panel of judges consistently setting high standards.
“When assessing candidates, we consider factors such as a franchise’s revenue, expansion and quality of their training and support systems,” said Anita Roberts, Franchise Director at HSBC UK and one of this year’s judges. “Achieving such a high position on this list is a clear testament to the extraordinary achievements of the brands that consistently set the gold standard.”
Our CEO, Richard Blunden said, “We’re delighted to have risen to a higher EF100 ranking this year. Climbing 14 places – from 43rd to 29th – is quite the jump! This achievement solidifies our position as the UK’s leading early years franchise and recognises all the hard work of every member of our team; they really deserve it.”
For over 20 years, we’ve been the market leaders for nursery franchises. With over 70 locations nationwide, our model ensures we deliver an early years education experience of the highest quality, providing children with opportunities to learn, develop and grow within a safe, secure and caring environment. “Demand for our services continues to grow and we plan to add a further 30 nurseries by 2028. This truly is an exciting time for Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries,” added Richard.
