Once terms have been agreed on a new property, we advise Franchisees have 3 pre-acquisition surveys done to check for any issues at the property. The surveys are building, structural and drainage. As well as these surveys, we have our architect visit site to complete a measured survey and compile a full design pack. The drawings within the design pack will demonstrate your chosen internal layout for the nursery and will support contractors when carrying out the fit-out works to the property.
