Size – 2,500 – 6,000 sq. ft

Outside space – this depends on the size of the nursery; however, we suggest the property should have 1,000 sq. ft of external space as a minimum. The outside space should also be reflective of the size of the nursery; therefore, it should also be as a minimum, 1/3 of the size of the nursery. For example, if a nursery is 6,000 sq. ft, the outside space should ideally be 2,000 sq. ft. The external area is also location-dependant, for example, you are less likely to find a property with a significant outside space in Central London.

Parking/space for pick-up and drop off – each property should have a suitable space for parents to park and pick-up their children. Similar to the external area, this is location dependent.

Tenure – we are able to explore both freehold and leasehold opportunities. We have strong relationships with numerous commercial investors who are keen to secure freehold sites on our behalf and lease back to Monkey Puzzle.
