The shortlist of the Top 100 best places for women to work in the UK was released this week and Monkey Puzzle have been shortlisted by Great Place to Work. This certification is based on surveys from our Head Office and Nursery Group team members who provided insights and feedback on our company culture and the employee experience.

This list celebrates the workplaces that are not just providing a great work culture for all but are ensuring they’re creating a positive and supportive environment for women too. Monkey Puzzle has been commended by our female employees who have anonymously told us that our workplace has gone above and beyond to ensure that women employees are treated fairly in terms of recognition, training, and promotion opportunities.
