Senior Franchise Development Manager

I am Sarah Wheatley, and I am the Senior Franchise Development Manager.

I work with the Franchising Team, supporting the franchisees, both new and existing.​

My focuses of my role are; to build cashflows – ensuring we are choosing the right sites that have the potential to be successful and profitable nurseries. Supporting new Franchisees through the set-up phase of their nurseries, from supporting with room designs, to ordering resources, to fee setting. I also support existing franchisees with business profitability through funding, budget setting and staffing efficiency. I work collaboratively with members of the Finance team to analyse MSF, revenue and occupancy patterns, to then support the company with MSF budget setting. ​

I am hugely passionate about childcare and offering a service that allows children to develop and thrive in an environment that is high end quality. I have worked in the childcare industry for 19 years, starting out as a Nursery Nurse and working in a variety of roles from Nursery Manager to Business Manager. I am very family orientated and spend my spare time with friends, family and my 2 dogs.​
