Senior Operations Manager - Nursery Group

I am the Senior Early Years Operations Manager for Nursery Group, working closely with NG Managers and their teams.​

My role is to lead and support operations in the Nursery Group settings, coaching and mentoring staff, supporting nurseries to deliver exceptional care and education as well as ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements. I am extremely passionate about early childhood care and education and the important part it plays in building a solid and broad foundation for lifelong learning and wellbeing.​

I can’t function without coffee and always have at least two mugs before I start my day! My favourite thing to do is to go out for dinner!​
